Our process starts with filling out an application. Once we receive your application we will reach out to you to discuses what we have gathered from reading your application. If you are approved you will be required to place a non-refundable $400 deposit via Venmo if you wish to hold your reservation spot. After the deposit has been placed, a deposit agreement receipt will be emailed to you via DocuSign. The deposit agreement receipt will need to be filled out and signed within a 7 days of it being sent. If you are not approved we will ask that you move on to another breeder.

If you are applying to get on a two color litter, we ask that you be open to both colors on the litter or understand that you may get pushed to a future litter. No breeder can predict how many of each color will be born in a 2 color litter, along with how many males / females will be born.

We will not disclose to any family where they are on the current reservation list for each litter, as this can cause animosity, competitiveness, frustration, and stress for families and stress for us as your breeder.

Deposits can be taken prior to litter whelping / after. Our deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. Once you make the decision to get on our waiting list, it takes a spot away from other people being able to make a deposit. We do understand that life happens, if for any reason you cannot get your puppy we can move your deposit to a future available litter that we have available.

If you are on our reservation list, we will announce if we have a puppy for you after they are 1 week old.

If we have any available puppies in a litter after all our puppy families have been notified of their puppy, we will announce it at 2 weeks old: an email will go out to everyone who has signed up to receive emails, and a post will be made on Instagram and facebook at 12pm CT the day the litter turns 2 weeks old (we will make a post the day prior to remind everyone.). When it comes to any available puppies, it is first come first serve for whoever is approved.

Puppies are best matched with their families first and foremost based of personality and temperament. This is why we, your trusted breeder will select which puppy is best suited to each family. All puppies are assigned between 6 - 7 weeks of age if we do not keep one. If we do keep one, puppy assignments can be between 7 weeks and 8 weeks. We hold off on assigning puppies to give us a chance to see each puppy's personality, temperaments, and features.

 

The remaining balance of the puppy must be paid in full before 7 weeks old.

Pick up:  We welcome and strongly encourage people to come and personally get their puppy at our home. If you are not able to get your puppy in person, we have a transport family that we work with. If we drive to meet you anywhere, we charge a fee. Delivering to the Nashville airport is $150. If you choose to fly into the Nashville airport, after you book your flight , call your airline and reserve your puppy on the returning flight. The puppy will fly in cabin with you, under the seat in front of you in an approved airline pet carrier (soft sided is highly recommended).
