I found Pure Heaven Labs through instagram and was contacted by Avery promptly with information and full transparency about buying a puppy. Once we were approved for a puppy her communication was frequent and thorough. Every step of the process was smooth and we gained full confidence in her. We had never before had a breeder choose the right puppy for us but she couldn’t have picked a better pup for our family. Hershey is turning 2 next month and he is calm, friendly and a beauty. He has been everything we could have hoped for and anytime he is out we get stopped and commented on how gorgeous he is. We worked with Avery last year to get our baby Hani and are already planning to add another Pure Heaven lab to our family in the future. We got our “Turkey” from Pure Heaven Labs in January 2025 (Nikki-Scott) and just love him to pieces. Avery has a very custom way going about the process with the goal of landing you the exact kind of pup you’re looking for. I appreciate her attentiveness to the selection process and ensuring the future parents are a good fit or not. Being descriptive with the type of temperament you’re looking for is KEY! We got a pup that surpassed all expectations and has brought the exact right kind of energy we were looking for in our home, all thanks to her extensive questionnaire and follow ups as she monitored the pups for the first several weeks. Avery also provides very helpful insight into the necessary care along the way. We appreciate Avery’s transparent and respectful form of communication! Our lives have changed because of sweet Gus and we wish we could have more of him!! 10/10 recommend. I may be biased but Gus is the best looking chocolate lab I’ve ever seen with an even better personality.

We just got our second puppy in 7 months from Pure Heaven Labs. We have a black male and a chocolate female. I initially found them on Instagram, and loved the way her puppies looked. So chunky with the sweetest faces! The process both times has been excellent. Avery is great at communicating, and sends weekly updates and pictures. She is also very intentional about how she places the puppies. Both of ours have been a perfect fit for our family! The training that she does with them, especially the crate training, helps so much with the transition. Our latest puppy started sleeping through the night after about 5 days. We have had labs for the past 30 years, and these are best ones as far as temperament, training ability, and over all disposition that we have ever had. They are puppies, so they are busy, but they do not destroy/eat everything they get their paws on like some of our other labs did. It is obvious that Avery loves what she does and loves her puppies very much! She continues to check on you after you bring your puppy home, and I know that she is always there to answer any questions or offer advice. We are so happy with our labs from Pure Heaven Labs🖤

We had a wonderful experience working with Pure Heaven Labs. We were recommended by a friend who got a sweet, healthy, beautiful chocolate puppy. Hearing them talk about the experience, we knew we had found something special. And sure enough, the whole process was exceptional. Avery was so good about giving puppy updates and photo/video content on Instagram. From birth, we were able to watch the litter grow and see them develop into beautiful little individuals. It was so much fun to see them interact with each other, knowing one of them would transform our lives. We loved watching them tumble and play, scarf down food, and then crash in a puppy pile for a nap. It really warmed our hearts knowing that our little girl was so well taken care of, right from the start. And as our little pup grows up, we will always have these photos and videos from when she was just days old. Our friends who got dogs from other breeders have perhaps a photo or two of their puppy during the entire 8 weeks, which really makes us sad. Avery gave us a treasure of content, and we are so grateful to have these truly precious videos of our sweet girls first few weeks. Pure Heaven’s matchmaking process was incredible. This is vital! We’ve heard of other breeders telling customers to “go pick a puppy from the litter”, and we really wanted a different experience. This is such an important, life-changing relationship, and pairings should be made carefully. Avery raised these puppies from birth, and got to know them as individuals. She took the time to discuss the qualities and temperament we were looking for, and it really paid off. Peaty is such a sweet, people-focused dog with just the right amount of energy. She’s the perfect dog for us, but this only happened because Avery worked hard to play matchmaker. We are so grateful for the care and attentiveness that Avery puts into her work. It’s changed our lives in such a wonderful way. Even after we brought our puppy home, Avery has been extremely responsive to our questions about training and development. I got my English Lab from Avery at the beginning of August 2023. I don’t even know where to begin. I some how started following pure heaven labs on instagram and I think it was destiny for me to end up with one of her puppies. I had no intention of adding another dog to my home but it was almost impossible after watching Avery take care of the litter and me falling in love with them all!! Great breeder who goes above and beyond in many ways beyond these, but I wanted to consolidate it to three themes that were important to me: 1. Vet and approve families to ensure the puppy ends up in a caring home and matches the puppy to the family! 2. Involved continuously during the puppies development, each puppy has the same level of enrichment! 3. Open about the process, ensures the mother dogs are well taken care and does NOT overbreed them.
I cannot recommend this breeder more, and we will be back for another addition in the future!

In December we met Avery at Logan Airport, Boston, Mass. to pick up our little love. She flew from Utah to Boston to personally deliver our new pup. This was just the icing on the cake! From the very first messages inquiring about her methods and beliefs, to all of the follow ups and videos in between Avery did everything she promised.
She and her husband surround the pups with love and attention from the moment they are born. The puppies are raised in her home (not in kennels) in a clean, well kept area. Avery spends so much time giving each pup personal attention. She makes sure they are handled and loved on as they grow. She conditions appropriate for age and gives them a strong introduction to crate training and potty training before they arrive to you.
Her communication was amazing! With weekly updates, pictures and videos and a willingness to answer an and all questions within minutes.
It is not just a business for her and her husband. she loves each and every puppy and makes sure she finds the perfect family fit for each one. Because the puppies are in her home and she spends so much time with them. She gets to know their individual personalities and was instrumental in helping us choose the right one for our family.
Last but certainly not least her absolutely gorgeous labradors! Butch (yes the little pup profile on the new logo... proud Mom) spent hours traveling with no issues. He came to us well adjusted, happy and of course adorable. He is smart, sassy and playful.
He has all of the true characteristics of a well bred Chocolate Labrador. He is just a love! His eyes melt my heart! We could not be happier that Avery chose us to have this special pup. Our family is so happy we found Pure Heaven Labs. We were fortunate enough to be in contact through the entire process, even receiving live updates on delivery day.
